Our goal was to provide a platform for Mr. Electric to showcase their satisfied customers raving about the exceptional work done by their service professionals. To achieve this, we focused on capturing genuine interactions between customers and service professionals in various scenarios that highlighted the positive customer experience.

Our team provided a range of services including production, direction, concept development, and video editing to bring this vision to life. We collaborated with Mr. Electric and Franchise Filming as key partners in this endeavor. The production was led by executive producer Trevor Rappleye, with Javier Vital serving as the producer and director.
